The transition from team member to line manager can be a daunting one.  BHT Training’s Moving into Management course aims to equip you with the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours required to be successful in your new role.

This one-day course will explore key principles, practical tools and techniques to help you navigate your new responsibilities with confidence, from effective communication to setting SMART objectives.  We will also look at some of the common challenges faced by new managers, including delegation, managing conflicting demands, providing constructive feedback, and having difficult conversations.

By the end of the day, you will be feeling prepared and confident to manage your team effectively.

Who should attend?

Suitable for first time managers, deputy managers, team leaders and supervisors.  The course is also suitable for managers who have not received any formal training or would like to refresh their existing knowledge.
