This two-day Coaching Skills for Managers course will explore how coaching skills can be applied in your day-to-day management practice, as well as considering how organisations can move towards a ‘coaching culture’.

Awareness of ADHD has increased significantly in recent years, leading to a rise in both formal diagnoses and self-identification, and highlighting how ADHD can impact individuals across the lifespan.

This new one-day course will explore the lived experience of ADHD, the challenges people with ADHD may experience when accessing services, and how those in supporting roles can help through greater understanding and practical strategies.
