Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) is a short-term, goal-orientated approach that helps clients identify solutions in the present and create more effective pathways to resolving future challenges.  By shifting the focus away from problems, SFBT emphasises strengths, resources, and achievable steps forward—empowering individuals to make meaningful and lasting change.

This interactive two-day course provides a practical introduction to the SFBT model and the essential skills needed to apply it effectively in your work.

This introductory course aims to navigate the key themes of an autistic client’s experience, the challenges and potential barriers when accessing services, and how those in supporting roles can help through neurodivergence-affirming understanding and strategies.

This half-day course will equip you with the knowledge and understanding required to be able to respond safely and responsibly in the event of a fire. The course will also explore preventative measures to ensure that the workplace is kept as safe as possible.

This course is suitable for all staff and designated Fire Wardens, either as an introduction to Fire Safety or as a refresher.
