Navigating the UK Welfare Benefits system can be complex – but this ever-popular introductory course aims to make it clear and manageable.  Delivered online over two interactive days, Benefits for Beginners provides frontline workers, support staff and advisers the confidence and knowledge to guide others through the benefits maze and will bring you up to speed with all the essentials.

Day 1 offers a comprehensive overview of the full range of benefits, and will explore the Government’s proposed reforms.

Day 2 will provide a practical introduction to Universal Credit and how best to support your clients.
