Elizabeth Freeman

Elizabeth is a freelance trainer and coach, specialising in young people and women’s wellbeing and managing life well with neurodiversity. She founded Pick Your Own, a coaching and mentoring service, initially for marginalised young people and later extended to women and all adults living with neurodiversity. She has delivered training to schools and co-facilitated peer support groups with ADHD Aware. She has a long history in education and wellbeing and has held two Local Authority management roles. She combines her lived experience of neurodiversity with that of a manager, giving her a keen insight into good practice for neurodiverse (and all) employees with realistic and effective reasonable adjustments. Elizabeth firmly believes that training should be relatable and meaningful and supports participants to take away practical ideas to enhance their workplace culture.
