New for 2026, this course will support learners to develop their understanding and strengthen their skills in responding to the emotional needs often associated with a diagnosis of personality disorder.

Together, we will explore and challenge stigma, reflect on the strengths and limitations of diagnostic frameworks, and consider more relational, trauma-informed approaches to care and support.

Managers are often responsible for implementing organisational change that they did not design, and which may affect them as much as their team.  This can put managers in a particularly challenging position as they balance the needs of their organisation, their team and their own response to change.

This new half-day course will explore the manager’s role in implementing change effectively.
