Maria set up her company, Good Monday, because she loves supporting brilliant people, who want to make the world a bit better, so that they can have even more impact.
Her approach is based in dialogue, active listening and building self-awareness through interactive and engaging workshops, from tailored programmes to individual sessions and partnering with organisations through periods of change.
As a qualified facilitator, Maria’s approach focuses on creating the conditions for honest, constructive dialogue, peer learning and self-reflection. She works with a strong preference for clarity over jargon, and for solutions that work in practice rather than looking good on paper. Her style draws on the belief that organisations are ultimately made up of people, and that lasting change depends on getting the human dynamics right just as much as the structures and processes.
